Lost your PADI Certification Card?

or just want to change the photo on your old card?

At Perth Scuba we can arrange for a new card for you in store and within 2 weeks your new card will be in your hand! All you need to do is call into the store in Canning Vale and bring some I.D. (if you're replacing a lost card). We will take a digital photo of you and submit your replacement card application on line. The whole process takes about 10 minutes and only costs $55 (PADI processing fee).
